Richard graduated from University of Quebec in Montréal, in 1989, obtaining a business degree in marketing. Richard joined Johnson & Johnson as a sales representative prior to joining their management team, working in both British Columbia and Ontario. Richard’s automotive experience began upon joining the Quadrex/Manders group in 1995. Richard was responsible for managing the Canadian operations. Richard understands the importance of being ahead of the curve and strives to meet the ever-changing requirements of the inspection industry. DataScan acquired Quadrex/Manders in July 2006. In 2008, Richard managed the North American business development team for the core inspection business, as well as the consumer initiatives of InspectMyRide and PRNDL. In 2012, Richard returned to managing the Canadian operations until the recent merger between DataScan Field Services and AutoVIN; he now has responsibility for the combined organization as COO / SVP of operations.
